(1)2009/03-至今炬达科技(香港)有限公司|外贸销售部门 | 外贸跟单主管 工作范围: 1、熟悉电子产品(如MP3,MP4和CD,数码相框), 充分利用公司的网络平台(阿里巴巴)寻找客户,认真回复客人的询盘,并及时跟进,在职期间,成功开发了欧洲和澳洲的5位客户,为公司带来了稳定的收益; 2、参加广交会和香港电子展,积累了丰富的参展经验,积极为公司寻找潜在的客户; 3、跟进样品和订单的进度,沟通协调国外客人,及时解决研发,生产和其他方面存在的问题; 4、翻译国外客人每天传来的邮件,并在客人来工厂访问的时候,给客人做陪同翻译,引导客人参观工厂; 5. 参与公司每周英语培训。 I was mainly responsible for orders follow up and international trading. I have well knowledge of Electronic products such as portable CD player, MP3, MP4, digital photo frame and ERP system operation. I also keep monitor the samples and orders closely to avoid any delay, communicate and collaborate with customers and factory staff to make the job smoothly. Then, I need to discuss with foreign customer directly and find solution to any problems occurred, such as production and technical problems. I also need to translate email from foreign customer and let factory staff know customer’s every request and changes. Last but not least, when customers come to visit factory, I help to do translation and show customer around the factory and introduce production process to customers. If customers order samples, I would ask engineers to make samples and inspect them carefully, if any problems encountered by engineer and need client’s confirmation, I will advise customer the problem and ask for their help. When samples are ready, samples need to be sent to client and confirm every specification with them. Such as product packaging, rating label, serial number, CLASS 1 label, laser beam label, CD protection card, instruction manual, carton box (main mark/ side mark), RoHS and WEEE mark. After customer place an order with us, there are five steps would follow up. Firstly, I need to know their requirements exactly, For example, if the orders placed by European or United States clients, the power plug and voltage are different, if we don’t do according to customer’s requirements, they would lodge a claim to us. Secondly, if there are problems occurred during production, I would advise customer the problems and ask for their comment and solution. Thirdly, When the production is almost come to ready, inspection by customer agent is required, if some problems existed, which can be solved before delivery. At fourth, I would let our shipping department know the status of production in advance and ask them to book space in time. As a foreign trade seller, I need to take advantage of the website platform (alibaba) actively instead of passively, not only reply client’s inquiry and follow up further information from clients, but search for the latest buying alert information issued by foreign clients on website, then send quotation sheet based on clients’ special requirements, increase the possibility of deal success, during current weak economy environment, I received many orders from overseas clients through alibaba. In addition, I also grab the rare opportunities of attending Canton trade fair and HongKong Electronics Fair, when customer come to visit our products, I always tried my best to introduce the detailed function and characters of products, looking for potential clients.
